When an animal who has been part of your family for years passes away, the grief and loss can be profound. Such is the case when we had to say goodbye to our 17 year old yorkiepoo. We knew that she was in a better place, but we longed to speak with her. Where was she? Did she hear us when we called her name and spoke to her? Did she know that we loved and missed her? All of those questions were answered and so, so much more when we contacted Jann.
Since our first communication with our little dog over a year ago, we have discovered many things: not only about her, but about an avian member of our family who lived with us for 16 years, who also had a connection to another little bird that passed away over 20 years ago!
We have also had several communications with our new dog, a rescue who had some behavioral issues. Jann’s communication with him was very helpful in understanding the issues that were affecting him and how we could help him. In only a few months time, he has made great strides and we know that he is well on his way to become the loving and well adjusted dog we know he can be.

My husband and I decided we wanted to add a kitten to our family (we already had an adult cat and a dog). We thought were were doing a great thing- rescuing a kitten. The reality was that the kitten wasn't fitting in to our house- she was having bathroom accidents, bullying my adult cat, attacking the dog and us. I was at my wit's end when I called Jann. After talking to Jann, we were able to get a better idea of where our kitten was coming from. Within a few weeks of making some small household adjustments, she's a different cat. She's much more bonded with us, has fewer bathroom accidents and is getting along much better with the others. Not to say she doesn't still have her challenging moments, but I've gone from being hopeless to not being able to imagine life without her. Thank you, Jann! --Paula J.
Jann works with my Champ and I can attest to her success with him. He screamed his head off and was in quite a state at the beach last year even with another dog in the room. Due to his seizures, I try to keep him as stress free as possible. I was miserable every time I had to leave him, but I can't take him everywhere. He was even doing this at home when I left, even though my husband and son were right there with him. I took him to see Jann before I went to the beach this year and she worked with him and told me some things to do to reassure him and it was absolutely amazing. He never whimpered, I didn't have to fight him to get out the door, and sometimes, he would even just be on the bed watching as I would leave. It made it SO much better for both of us. - Ann O.
Jann assisted our family when we adopted a greyhound who recently retired. Prior to our new dog joining our family, we had a 2 1/2 y/o boy, a poodle, pom mix and an older greyhound. She helped us understand what each dog thought and felt of our new addition as well as how our new grey felt coming into a home for the first time, especially a new home with a small child. What she told us each dog felt matched perfectly to each dog's personality and we were able to help all our animals adjust to the new dog as well as allowing our new dog adjust to her new environment. It was amazing how immediate the change in our home was once we understood what they were thinking/feeling and Jann gave us the tools to make everyone understand and become comfortable!! When I read the readings for my two animals, my mouth was literally left hanging open. This communicator has amazing talent and even convinced my skeptic husband (this is the first communicator he truly felt connected with our animals). She can work with any species (she talked to my dog and my rat) and has a knack for getting them to open up. My rat was abused before she came to us and I really didn't feel Jann would be able to work with her, but she was so spot on with things that I have never divulged that I know it was real. Even when the images she told me about didn't make sense to her, they made perfect sense to us. If you need help with a behavioral or emotional problem your animal has, she will definitely be able to help, no doubt in my mind at all! - Emily K.
Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to work with Jann when I acquired my dogs. However she has definitely helped me understand each of my dogs personalities so I can better meet their wants and needs. Something as simple as knowing how a dog likes to be petted instead of held went a long way in helping me connect to each dog on a deeper level. A lot of the crazy behavior I was experiencing has faded because they are more content and no longer feel that they need to act out to get my attention. Jann was able to speak with all 6 of my dogs. She told me several things I never even thought about each of them explaining some of their behavior and she also confirmed the abusive past of my most recent rescue. Quite honestly, Jann’s conversation with her coincides in time exactly with when she started opening up and becoming more comfortable in our home (we’ve had her for 8 months now – we had her for about 6 months when Jann communicated with her). Jann is wonderful. I called her for help with 2 of my horses. Dreamer has gone blind recently, and we were going to move her to another pasture. She is very calm by nature, but since her blindness, she does get stressed easily when things change. To add to it, I did breed Dreamer this year, so I wanted her to know that we were moving her to a safe area to have this foal- which she thinks is a filly- and that she will be with other broodmares. I could not believe how smoothly the loading in the trailer, the trip, the unloading, and the acceptance into the new pasture went. I just can't say how relieved I am. Now Jack, who has refused to let anyone help him before, was willing to share with Jann, insight about his hind end lameness. It gave me more to go on, and hope that we will be able to relieve his discomfort. Lois B.
